Bella Titov is a visual artist whose work explores the intersection of body, city, and resistance.
Her practice emerged from theatre and evolved through graffiti, climbing, and urban interventions, investigating the limits of female presence in public space. Drawing from personal experiences, her work spans painting, sculpture, video and drawing, questioning power structures and highlighting the tension between erasure and permanence in the city.
Through performances and visual interventions, Titov treats the city as a space for reflection and resistance, challenging consumer-driven narratives. Her pieces act as records of presence and transformation—stories etched into the urban fabric.
The letter based works from this exhibition reflect years of navigating urban environments as a woman, capturing the friction between body and architecture, and offering a poetic claim to visibility and freedom.
